Tottenham will accept £60m Richarlison bid – sources

Tottenham are keen to recoup the fee they paid to land Richarlison if he is sold this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

It is believed Spurs will consider offers for the 26-year-old, who has once again fallen out of favour at the club.

Richarlison joined Tottenham in 2022 for a reported £60million but is yet to nail down a starting spot.

Ange Postecoglou and his transfer chiefs are planning to sign a definitive replacement for Harry Kane as part of a huge summer overhaul.

Sources say any new signing would only push Richarlison further down the pecking order at Spurs.

As such, they will consider offers for the Brazil international – but only if they can recoup the £60million paid to prise him away from Everton two years ago.

Tottenham want £60million to sell Richarlison this summer

He has managed 12 goals and four assists in 31 appearances across all competitions this season.

The forward, who turns 27 this week, has started in 21 of those outings.

Richarlison has made a marked improvement on his first season with Tottenham, when he managed just three goals in 35 games.

He is under contract until June 2027.

The former Everton star has hit 20 goals in 48 caps for Brazil and is set to play at this summer’s Copa America.
