Tottenham’s next manager: New favourite emerges to replaced sacked Thomas Frank
Thomas Frank has been sacked as Tottenham manager after their 2-1 defeat to Newcastle on Tuesday.
The Dane was on an eight-match winless run in the Premier League, and Spurs are now only five points above the drop zone.
As a result, Tottenham fans had been calling for Frank to be sacked, with the chances of relegation being increasingly likely.
Now, with Frank given the boot at Tottenham, according to The Athletic on 11 February, Oliver Glasner has emerged as the favourite for the job.

Oliver Glasner 3/1 for Tottenham job
Glasner has no doubt done a superb job at Crystal Palace.
The Austrian coach has masterminded victories in both the FA Cup and the Community Shield, which saw both trophies awarded to the Croydon club.
Now, after Glasner announced he would be leaving Palace at the end of the season, the 51-year-old is not short of potential suitors.
Now, one bookmaker believes he could end up at Tottenham, with Glasner now the favourite at 3/1.

Previously, Mauricio Pochettino had been the favourite to take over at Tottenham, with the US National Team manager now seeing his odds drift.
Who else is in the running for the Tottenham job?
After Glasner, Enzo Maresca is the second favourite for the job at 7/2.
The former Chelsea manager has been out of work since the start of January, and did a respectable job at the Blues before his dismissal.
Following this is Pochettino, who is at 7/1. The former Tottenham manager is currently preparing the US for the 2026 World Cup as he looks to deliver a successful tournament as one of the host countries.
A potential outsider is Ryan Mason at 8/1. The former Spurs assistant coach recently had his first spell as a full-time manager at West Brom, which lasted just half a season until he was sacked at the Baggies.

Marco Silva is also in the running at 9/1. The Fulham boss has done a solid job at the Cottagers for years, taking them up and establishing them as a mid-table Premier League side.
However, with the coach yet to renew his contract that expires at the end of the season, he could well be on the move before the end of 2026.
