Tottenham’s Richarlison sends ‘dream’ message to Everton fans in new return hint

Richarlison sent an emotional message on social media in a hint about a possible Everton return amid speculation.

The Brazilian forward has endured a frustrating season at Tottenham and remains sidelined after picking up a calf injury in February.

Tottenham supporters have grown increasingly impatient with Richarlison‘s injury troubles, with some calling for him to be sold after making just 14 appearances this campaign.

Their wishes could soon be answered, as former Manchester United chief scout Mick Brown told Football Insider that David Moyes is preparing to hold talks with Richarlison about a potential return to Everton.

Fuel was added to the speculation after Richarlison shared a heartfelt post on social media, seemingly reflecting on his time at Goodison Park.

Richarlison hints at Tottenham exit amid Everton and Saudi interest

The striker shared an image of himself in an animated Everton shirt, captioned in Portuguese: “Every shirt a story, every story a dream come true. We still together, always flying higher”, followed by a blue heart emoji.

Richarlison had already sparked similar rumours about Everton just days earlier with a nearly identical post, again nodding to his former club.

Football Insider revealed back in January that Richarlison is keen to leave Tottenham, with a move to the Saudi Pro League firmly on his radar.

He has had limited opportunities this season, missing a total of 37 games due to four separate injuries. With just three goals to his name this term and little consistent form since his £60 million move in 2022, the forward has continued to struggle in North London.

Everton eye £30m move for Liverpool’s Ben Doak

The Toffees are expected to be active in the upcoming transfer window, especially with fresh investment from The Friedkin Group and a boost in revenue once they move into their new home at Bramley-Moore Dock.

Alongside a potential reunion with Richarlison, Football Insider have also revealed that Everton are looking to secure Liverpool youngster Ben Doak in a deal worth £30 million.

The teenage winger, who has been on loan at Middlesbrough, has impressed this season and is viewed as a major talent.

Moyes is said to be a huge admirer, and with the side looking to move forward after surviving relegation scares, attacking reinforcements could be top of the list.

With new ownership, a new stadium, and transfer ambition, Everton could be set for a significant summer rebuild.
