Attacker axed in two changes: Celtic expected XI v Rangers
GOALKEEPER AND DEFENCE
Craig Gordon (Goalkeeper) – Expected to keep his place in the team despite a poorish performance against Hibernian last week, as Hoops manager Brendan Rodgers is a big fan of his number one goalkeeper.
Jack Hendry (Right-back) – Expected to keep his place in the side and Hoops fans will be hoping that he has his first win when starting for the Bhoys, after a series of draws and losses up until this match.
Dedryck Boyata (Centre-back) – Expected to start as he has stayed as a mainstay of the side this season despite a series of ropey performances, will be targeted as a weak link by the Rangers players.
Kristoffer Ajer (Centre-back) – Expected to be the key man at the back for the Bhoys, as the 19-year-old has been one of the Bhoys’ best players this season, and was unlucky not to receive a YPOTY nomination.
Kieran Tierney (Left-back) – Will be expected to motor up and down the wing in both attack and defence, had a poor game against Rangers in December and will want to make up for that.
