Victor Wanyama delivers Twitter verdict after Tottenham win v Chelsea

Tottenham midfielder Victor Wanyama hailed a “great team performance” following their 2-0 victory against Chelsea.
Spurs recorded an impressive victory on Wednesday night in the Premier League and moved up to third in the table.
Dele Alli grabbed the headlines as he scored two headed goals either side of half-time, both times getting on the end of Christian Eriksen crosses.
League leaders Chelsea were looking to set a division record of 14 consecutive victories, but their winning streak finally came to an end against Spurs.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side were fired up all game and they avenged the 2-1 defeat they suffered at Stamford Bridge in November.

Spurs are currently enjoying a great run of form and have won their last five Premier League games, which has seen them surge into the top four.
The north London club are now regarded as serious title contenders and they are seven points adrift of table toppers Chelsea.
Spurs have been boosted by the form of attacking trio Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane in recent weeks, but there whole team showed their qualities on Wednesday.
Wanyama and Dembele managed to win the battle against Chelsea pairing N’Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic, which had a huge impact on the final result.
Wanyama has featured in every single Premier League game this season and has emerged as a crucial player for the club.
