Vitor Roque to Man United in January? Significant update after Joshua Zirkzee latest
Joshua Zirkzee could be the key for Man United to make a bold move for Vitor Roque in January.
The Dutchman has been frustrated by a lack of game time under Ruben Amorim and is desperate for a move away in January.
Sources told Football Insider that Everton are keen to sign Zirkzee given their goalscoring struggles this season.
Similarly, West Ham are monitoring Zirkzee’s ongoing situation at Man United as they scavenge the transfer market for a clinical finisher.

Zirkzee exit to open door for ‘gamble’ on Roque in January
As I revealed on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, the Brazilian is receiving attention from the Premier League’s biggest clubs.
The Red Devils have been joined by Chelsea and Tottenham in the pursuit of Roque as he continues to dazzle with Palmeiras.
However, in the case of United, a move for the 20-year-old is unlikely to happen, unless they could shift the unwanted Dutchman in order to not weaken their squad.
Speaking on the Inside Track podcast, I explained: “It’d be a bit of a gamble, I think, if somebody like United was to move for Roque in January.
“I think a deal in January would be unlikely right now. A lot will depend on what happens with Joshua Zirkzee if United were to let him go.
“They would probably need to bring in a replacement because they are short of attacking options, especially with Bryan Mbeumo and Amad Diallo going away in January to the African Cup of Nations.

“So, there’s a lot of permutations that have to happen at Old Trafford in January.
“I don’t think ideally United want to weaken their squad at all and, if Zirkzee doesn’t leave, I don’t expect them to bring in a new forward in January either.”
Man United come to a decision on Jadon Sancho’s future
With all the attention on the future of misfiring United wingers and forwards, the upcoming transfer windows are set to be hectic for Amorim.

One of those flops set to depart from the club is Jadon Sancho who will leave Man United upon his contract expiration next summer, sources told Football Insider.
The Englishman is currently on loan with Aston Villa but has failed to make a noticeable impact, suggesting Unai Emery will not entertain the idea of extending his stay at Villa Park at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old does have a clause that could extend his deal by one-year at Old Trafford, yet, his high wages and abysmal form indicate that both parties will go their separate ways come June 2026.
