West Ham could lose Declan Rice and teammate this summer after development - pundit
West Ham could lose Declan Rice and Jarrod Bowen this summer after missing out on Champions League football next season.
That is the view of former Arsenal and Everton striker Kevin Campbell, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about potential exits from the London Stadium.
The Hammers were knocked out of the Europa League by Eintracht Frankfurt last Thursday despite a spirited performance in the second leg.
The loss ends West Ham’s chances of qualifying for next season’s Champions League.
David Moyes’ side are 11 points behind fourth-placed Arsenal with only two games of the Premier League season remaining.
When asked by Football Insider if the London club could lose some of their key players as a result of not qualifying for Europe’s elite competition, Campbell said: “I think someone is going to pull the trigger on Rice.

“I cannot see him being there next season. He will cost a King’s ransom but he is worth it. He is a young, dominant centre-midfielder who should be in the conversation for player of the year. I think he has been phenomenal this season.
“I’m confident [Tomas] Soucek will stay at West Ham though. David Moyes plucked him out of nowhere so I’m sure he’ll be loyal to the club.
“There will be interest in Bowen of course. Who will it be from though? That will be key.
“I can’t see too many players leaving though.”
