West Ham United fans are all saying the same thing about Evan Ferguson after a new report has revealed the club’s transfer stance on the striker.

According to Sky Sports, the Hammers have made enquiries over a potential deal for the Brighton forward.

The Seagulls have opened the door for the 20-year-old to leave in the January transfer window on a loan move, and the London Stadium could be a potential destination.

Former West Ham scout Mick Brown exclusively told Football Insider that the Irons were getting closer to signing the Ireland international in a deal that would make sense for all parties involved.

Football Insider revealed back in November that Ferguson had expressed a desire to leave Brighton due to issues surrounding his game time.

West Ham have been in the market for a striker this month ever since Michail Antonio’s shock injury following a road traffic accident, with Graham Potter looking to strengthen his options.

Ferguson is under contract at the Amex Stadium until 2029, but he has only featured in 12 Premier League games this season for the Seagulls.

The possibility of signing the striker is something West Ham fans are excited by though, with fans claiming it would “be a great move.”
