West Ham United fans have demanded that David Moyes get sacked now after they were humiliated by Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon (21 April).
The Hammers were demolished in a 5-2 thrashing at Selhurst Park and were 4-0 down inside 31 minutes after a woeful defensive display.
Moyes, 60, has faced widespread criticism from vocal sections of the Hammers fanbase this season following poor results and uninspiring displays.
Their defeat against the Eagles was their fourth consecutive game in all competitions without a win and they crashed out of the Europa League against Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday (18 April) in what is becoming a bitter end to a once-promising campaign.
West Ham fans demand Moyes gets sacked after ‘pathetic’ loss
After the loss, Moyes blasted the “atrocious” opening 30 minutes from his side and was adamant that they “got what they deserved”.
Qualification for European competition looks unlikely for the Irons, who now sit eighth in the Premier League table while teams around them have up to three games in hand to climb above them.
West Ham fans did not take the “pathetic” defeat lightly and have taken to social media to demand an end to Moyes’ second spell at the London Stadium.
