West Ham fans are desperate on Twitter for Slaven Bilic to start Andre Ayew against Chelsea on Monday night at the London Stadium.
Ayew, 27, could be given just his seventh Hammers start by Bilic, as versatile attacker Michail Antonio was shown a second yellow card against Watford last weekend.
Coming off the bench at Vicarage Road, Ghana international Ayew found the back of the net for just the second time in claret and blue to earn a 1-1 draw in Hertfordshire.
That instant impact could see the former Swansea ace given a chance from the off against Chelsea, as he looks to make his Hammers move a success in the second half of the season.
Ayew has struggled to have an impact in east London after tearing a groin muscle against Chelsea back in August following his £20million move from Swansea, before representing Ghana at the African Cup of Nations in January.
West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to persuade Croatian boss Bilic into starting Ayew, with many suggesting that they would like to see a two-man strike force of Andy Carroll and Ayew.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:
I hope Andre Ayew celebrates Ghana's Independence Day by scoring a bunch of goals against Chelsea tonight. #COYI

Ayew and Carroll need to start on Monday. Andy is such a threat when he plays and Ayew is a poacher which we lacked against Watford. pic.twitter.com/VM2z9Q7TSb

With the likes of Gokhan Tore and Diafra Sakho still out injured, Ayew could be given a chance by Bilic as the Hammers look to repeat their heroics of the EFL Cup that saw them beat Chelsea 2-1.
