Andre Ayew has been handed his first London Stadium start in West Ham’s Premier League clash against Stoke on Saturday and fans on Twitter are eager to see what he can do in front of his own crowd.
Young prospect Edimilson Fernandes has dropped out of the Hammers line-up to the bench to make way for Ayew for the clash in east London.
Manager Slaven Bilic has made two changes to his side following last weekend’s 2-0 defeat against Everton.
One has been forced with James Collins coming in for Winston Reid, who is suspended after picking up five bookings this season, while Ayew coming in for Fernandes was a tactical one.

Fans on social media are now predicting the Ghanaian to have a positive performance in his first home start against Mark Hughes’ Potters.
Here are a selection of their messages on Twitter:
Very good line up and strong positive looking bench too. If we can settle well, I see us taking the points today. Ayew to score a brace! #LS

Ayew up top, flanked by Payet and Lanzini. I'm optimistic this is the attacking formula to get it done.

Ayew, 26, made the switch to the London Stadium in the summer from Premier League rivals Swansea.
He became the club’s record signing with the fee reported to be £20.5million, but his opening few months were halted by an injury picked up in the season opener against Chelsea.
He has made just two substitute appearances since with only his second start coming against Stoke and he will be keen to impress following his big price-tag.
