West Ham fans suggest Julen Lopetegui is being ‘sacked tonight’ after latest

West Ham fans have taken to social media to urge the club to get rid of incumbent manager Julen Lopetegui after their 0-0 draw with Everton on Saturday (November 9).

The East London club had plenty of chances heading into the last 15 minutes but were unable to capitalise and secure a much-needed three points at the London Stadium.

Danny Ings had the best of the game in the 87th minute after creating room in the box, but Everton ‘keeper got down to make a great save.

Lopetegui, 58, has struggled since replacing David Moyes in the summer, as they remain in 14th with just 12 points from their opening 11 Premier League games.

The Spaniard is hanging on to his job by a thread after being heavily backed in the summer transfer window having spent £121.6million on ten new first-team players.

West Ham fans want rid of Julen Lopetegui

West Ham fans have found that the grass isn’t always greener, with many suggesting the club have regressed since Moyes’ departure.

They have now taken to X, formally known as Twitter, to beg the club to sack Lopetegui as they seek to salvage their season.
