West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to urge manager Slaven Bilic to bring Toni Martinez into the first-team squad.
The 19-year-old striker has been in sensational form for the West Ham U23s side, scoring 12 goals from just 10 appearances so far this season.
Martinez netted a superb hat-trick as West Ham’s Under-23 side beat Wolves earlier in the week, and has caught the eyes of the Hammers faithful.
The Spaniard joined the Hammers in April and has yet to make any mark on the first-team squad – but the fans believe he deserves a chance.
Here are some of their messages on Twitter:

@davidgold Well how about giving Toni Martinez a game? Give him and Quina, to name a couple, a chance.

The Hammers have had a difficult start to the Premier League season, and find themselves 13th in the league with just five wins from 17 games.
Slaven Bilic has been lacking a prolific goalscorer in his ranks this season, having been without premier strike duo Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho for much of the campaign, who have both been nursing injuries.
Winger Michail Antonio is currently West Ham’s top goalscorer with seven goals in all competitions, but Bilic could certainly do with a prolific striker or two.
After his recent displays, Martinez will certainly have made a case for himself to be included in the West Ham first-team, and Bilic cannot afford not to sit up and take notice.
In other West Ham news, this 24-year-old midfielder is West Ham’s most improved player of 2016.
