The summer transfer windows present Vitor Pereira with a key opportunity to build his own squad after taking the managerial reins at Molineux back in December.

Pereira has successfully steered the West Midlands club well away from relegation trouble after inheriting the struggles overseen by former boss Gary O’Neil.

Meanwhile, Wolves’ move for Wales youth international Williams demonstrates the Premier League side’s appetite to build a positive future.

Matheus Cunha is set to join Manchester United for his release clause of £62.5million, handing Pereira vital transfer funds.

The West Midlands club have offered the 31-year-old a new contract, while he has become a key figure for Wolves, making 182 appearances since joining from Barcelona in 2020.

But Football Insider have exclusively revealed that Semedo is set to join Galatasaray on a free transfer amid a lucrative transfer offer from the Turkish giants.

After winning the Turkish Super Lig title this term, finishing 11 points clear of Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce, the Istanbul side will be intent on strengthening their ranks as they eye Semedo.

Meanwhile, Football Insider have exclusively reported that Wolves will not encounter Profit and Sustainability issues after agreeing to sell Cunha to Man United.

The Premier League’s stringent PSR rules have led to Everton and Nottingham Forest being handed points deductions in recent seasons.
