Wolves attacker Andreas Weimann completed 90 minutes in the Birmingham defeat on Friday night – and the club’s supporters were furious with his performance on Twitter.
Paul Lambert’s side suffered a 2-1 loss against their Midlands rivals and have slipped down to 20th in the Championship table, just five points above the relegation places.
Maikel Kieftenbeld and David Davis scored first-half goals for visitors Birmingham, before Paul Robinson was shown a straight red card in the 53rd minute.
Nouha Dicko managed to pull a goal back for hosts Wolves, but they slumped to a fifth consecutive defeat across all competitions.
Wolves fans highlighted the display of Weimann in the defeat and believe he struggled to make an impact.

Weimann is basically a poor mans Andy Keogh with less goal threat. #wwfc

An option to make us better 2nd half, take off Weimann & don't bring anyone just play with 10 men, would be an improvement..

Weimann completed a loan switch to Molineux in January until the end of the season from Derby.
The 25-year-old has made eight appearances for Wolves so far and his only goal came in the FA Cup win against Liverpool.
He has managed to cement his position in the starting line-up as the left winger, but supporters believe his performances must improve.
Weimann will now hope to play a part in the club’s attempt to steer away from the drop zone and could be involved in the next match away to Reading.
