Wolves line up £5m replacement for Jorgen Strand Larsen after watching him score on Saturday
Wolves are keeping tabs on several strikers as they prepare for the departure of Jorgen Strand Larsen next year.
West Ham are interested in signing Strand Larsen to bolster their front line as they look to fight off the risk of relegation.
Niclas Fullkrug is expected to complete a move to AC Milan, and the Hammers do not want to rely on the injury-prone Callum Wilson.
Football Insider revealed on Sunday that Everton will not be making a move for Strand Larsen, after David Moyes opted against the signing.
The Norway international signed a new contract at Molineux in the summer, but is keen to leave ahead of Wolves‘ seemingly pending relegation.

Wolves identify Kieron Bowie
Wolves are checking on Hibernian striker Kieron Bowie as a long-term replacement for Strand Larsen, Alan Nixon reported to his Patreon on Monday.
The 23-year-old scored as Hibernian beat Hearts 3-2 in the Edinburgh derby on Saturday, with Wolves scouts in attendance.
The Scottish Premiership club would want around £5million for the striker, who could be targeted to help Wolves get out of the Championship next season.
The move could possibly happen next month, if an appropriate bid is received for Strand Larsen.
The 25-year-old attracted plenty of interest in the summer, and was keen on a potential move to Newcastle United before it broke down.
The Magpies signed Yoane Wissa and Nick Woltemade, so would be unlikely to revive their interest, but elsewhere, clubs are circling.
While Strand Larsen has endured a difficult season, it has not been forgotten that his debut campaign in the Premier League saw him net 14 goals.
Who is Wolves target Bowie?
Bowie’s goal against Hearts on Saturday said a lot about the type of striker he is. After getting on the end of a loose ball, he drove straight towards the centre of the box, before curling brilliantly into the bottom corner.
The 23-year-old spent years in the Fulham academy before leaving to join Hibernian last year in a deal reportedly worth just £600k.

The young striker scored five goals in his first season in the Scottish Premiership, with his form at the end of the season earning him a call-up to Scotland‘s first team.
This season, Bowie has gone up another level, netting eight goals across all competitions so far and providing three assists.
A traditional striker, the Hibs forward is capable of running in behind or dropping deep, and would appear a good fit for the Championship.
