Tempers flared after the game as the 23-year-old argued with the Ipswich coaching staff and players as he showcased his frustrations about the situation.

Ait-Nouri had to be restrained by his Wolves teammate Craig Dawson, who had to physically drag him off the pitch and down the tunnel in a bid to calm the situation.

Matheus Cunha was also involved in a post-match meltdown as he was seen elbowing a Ipswich coach as he ragged a pair of glasses off the face of another.

This followed on from Mario Lemina being involved in a post-match scuffle against West Ham on Monday (9 December) which led to his captaincy being stripped.
