‘Wow, just wow’, ‘Absolute beast’ – Liverpool fans rave over Conor Bradley after display in 2-1 win over Fulham

Liverpool fans were in awe of Conor Bradley’s “incredible” performance in their victory over Fulham on Wednesday night (10 January).

The Reds came back from behind to win the first leg of the League Cup semi-final 2-1 thanks to a quick succession of second-half goals from Curtis Jones and Cody Gakpo.

While the crowds of Anfield were happy to avoid an upset, Bradley’s outing caught the attention of many fans across social media.

The right-back earned his second start of the season against the Cottagers, and his back injury sustained in pre-season has not halted his blistering progression into the first team.

Against Fulham, he managed six tackles, 88 per cent pass accuracy, two key passes and nine successful ground duels across the 90 minutes, earning himself Player of the Match.

The Northern Irishman has frequently been on the bench for Premier League ties and recently earned minutes in the closing stages of the Reds’ 2-0 FA Cup win over Arsenal.

On the back of his most recent display, many fans expect him to have a big future at Liverpool and have taken to social media to hail his “eye-catching” outing.
