Agbonlahor: Man City may pull the plug on pursuit of Tottenham star Kane after update today
Gabby Agbonlahor has suggested Manchester City will end their pursuit of Tottenham star Harry Kane if they complete a deal for Jack Grealish.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker claimed City will not be able to sign both Grealish and Kane in the same summer.
A Villa source told Football Insider today (4 August) Grealish is undergoing a medical with the Premier League champions ahead of a blockbuster move.

It is understood City will pay Aston Villa an initial £75million fee rising to £100m with add-ons.
“I don’t think they want to sign both,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“If they sign Kane, they won’t go for Grealish. If they sign for Grealish, they won’t sign Kane and that’s massive.
“The Kane transfer was speculated before Grealish. If Kane’s transfer was done in the past couple of weeks they wouldn’t go for Grealish because of financial fair play and being able to afford it.
“They talk about Bernardo Silva or this player leaving but they might not want to leave. They’re at a big club on massive wages.
“That’s what will be so frustrating for Harry Kane, he’ll see the Grealish transfer might be happening. He’ll be losing his head thinking ‘I was at the front of the queue for the transfer, I want to get there first’. If I’m Harry Kane, I’m definitely fuming.”

Kane has failed to return to Tottenham training after being due back on Monday (2 August).
The England captain was given an extended break after he reached the final of the European Championship.
In other news, Tottenham have been tipped to seal two “big” signings next week after a Nuno reveal.
