Agbonlahor suggests real reason for McGregor's protracted Rangers contract talks
Gabby Agbonlahor has claimed Allan McGregor could be holding out for a two-year contract offer from Rangers.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Aston Villa and England striker insisted the goalkeeper will not be demanding more wages and there is no rush for the deal to be completed.
Football Insider revealed last week McGregor has privately told his friends he is set to put pen to paper on a new deal that will keep him at Ibrox beyond his 40th birthday.

“They’ve still got the Europa League to play for.”
McGregor has kept 20 clean sheets in 35 games across all competitions this season.
As well as his incredible save in the Czech capital, the 39-year-old made a vital intervention in their 1-0 win over Celtic in January.
