Alderweireld posts suggestive Tottenham Twitter message that fans will love

Toby Alderweireld has uploaded a Twitter post that strongly suggests he will make his long-awaited comeback for Tottenham in their FA Cup clash against Newport County on Wednesday night.
The Belgium international’s message on his personal Twitter account at 11.35am on Wednesday showed him in full kit alongside the message, ‘FA Cup at Wembley tonight’, accompanied by a fist pump.

The upbeat message and its timing is a clear hint that he has been selected in the starting XI for the fourth-round replay at Wembley against Newport.
The League Two minnows held Spurs to a 1-1 draw in the first leg at Rodney Parade 10 days ago, in which only a late Harry Kane goal prevented a huge cup upset.
Alderweireld has been back in full training for two weeks after breaking down in early November with a hamstring injury sustained in the first half of the historic Champions League win against Real Madrid.
But manager Mauricio Pochettino has been reluctant to throw the defender prematurely back into the first team.
He did not make the matchday squad for the last two matches, against Liverpool and Manchester United, as Pochettino suggested he was not quite up to speed.
But Alderweireld is now set to return against Newport ahead of some huge Tottenham fixtures, including Saturday’s north London derby against Arsenal and next Tuesday’s Champions League last-16 first leg clash against Juventus.
The Belgium international is a massive favourite among Spurs fans due to the calibre and consistency of his performances, and they will be delighted at his Twitter post and impending comeback.
