Anthony Elanga, James Garner react to Ramazani’s message after Leeds scenes
Largie Ramazani has gained plenty of attention on social media following the Leeds United star’s late heroics against Bristol City.
Ao Tanaka got the party started at Elland Road on Monday, 28 April, firing home at the back post following a smart cross to the back post by Manor Solomon, and the lead was doubled by Willy Gnonto.
It was a rather comfortable performance from the Whites, who had already secured promotion back to the Premier League, but that did not stop Ramazani from getting himself on the scoresheet.
After just a single minute on the pitch, the winger netted Leeds’ third of the evening before adding another in the fourth minute of added time as Elland Road began bouncing.
He, of course, had to celebrate with his famous backflip, and he had a look of pure joy and relief after Daniel Farke‘s comments in recent weeks about expecting more from him.

Taking to Instagram (29 April), Ramazani wrote: “Parliamentary procedures. Romans 8:18,” with praying emojis alongside images of his celebrations at Elland Road.
As well as teammates Junior Firpo, Joe Rodon, Pascal Struijk, and Tanaka, Nottingham Forest’s Anthony Elanga and Everton’s James Garner all liked the post.
Daniel Farke’s future the main talking point after Leeds United victory
Football Insider verdict
It feels massively unfair that Farke’s future remains unclear at Leeds despite doing exactly what he was tasked with two summers ago, albeit he was tipped for the same achievements last season.
However, given the German’s record as a Premier League manager, it is completely understandable why some supporters are concerned about heading into the top tier with him leading the team.
| Manager | Games | Won | Drawn | Lost | Win % |
| Daniel Farke | 49 | 6 | 8 | 35 | 12.2 |
The Elland Road crowd certainly made their feelings known about Farke before the Bristol City clash, and if 49ers Enterprises are going to show their support, it needs to be done in the summer transfer window.
Investment will be key if the Whites are to steer clear of relegation next season, and so too will be giving the manager the right calibre of player after coming up from the Championship.
It is understandable why some Leeds fans are attracted to the appointment of Jose Mourinho, who has been linked in recent weeks, but Farke deserves a chance to prove himself first before any changes.
