'Asking for trouble' - BBC pundit delivers instant verdict on Rangers player after win v Ross County

BBC Sport Scotland pundit has heaped praise on Jason Cummings after he scored his first goal for Rangers in the 2-1 win against Ross County in Dingwall on Sunday afternoon.
The Light Blues moved back into second place in the Scottish Premiership standings thanks to goals by Daniel Candeias and Cummings, who netted within just three minutes of coming off the bench to replace Alfredo Morelos.
The 22-year-old loanee, who left Nottingham Forest on a temporary basis earlier this month, had impressed when he made his debut against Aberdeen on Wednesday and now looks good to earn a full debut against Fraserburgh in the Scottish Cup next week.
Former Hibernian player McManus took to his personal Twitter account instantly after full-time between Rangers and Ross County to rave about Cummings, claiming that the Gers have got themselves a very lethal goalscorer in the centre-forward.
“That’s what you are guaranteed with Cummings up here. Goals. Plain and simple. Gets on that left foot you are asking for trouble. Goalscorer,” he said.

Cummings moved to Nottingham Forest in the summer for £1million after helping Neil Lennon’s Hibs win the Scottish Championship title.
However while working under ex-Rangers manager Mark Warburton, Cummings failed to replicate his form south of the border, making just 17 appearances in all competitions and scoring four goals.
After Warburton was sacked, it was clear that the forward was not in Aitor Karanka’s plans after he was left out of the first squad he picked.
Forest’s loss is no doubt Rangers’ gain though, especially if they can land Cummings on a permanent deal in the summer.
In other Rangers news, these English high-flyers have approached for an international attacker after the Gers tabled a bid.
