What are you playing that clown for? Aston Villa fans fume at one Bruce decision v Preston
Steve Bruce has revealed his line-up for the Championship clash against Preston on Tuesday evening and fans are not happy to see Josh Onomah make his return.
The 20-year-old Tottenham loanee came on as a sub against Fulham on Saturday and Bruce obviously liked what he saw, rewarding him with a start tonight.
The team news was announced on the official Aston Villa twitter page on Tuesday evening:

Villa’s fantastic run came to an end against Fulham on Saturday when they were looking to make it an incredible eight wins in a row.
It wasn’t to be though and they went down 2-0 to one of their promotion rivals.
The loss meant that Villa dropped down to third in the table behind Cardiff but can claim at automatic promotion spot back tonight with Cardiff not in action until tomorrow.
Preston are also looking to make the play-offs this season and are currently in seventh place in the Championship – they’re on a great run too, with just one defeat in 16 league games.
Fans are expecting a tough test tonight and aren’t happy that Onomah is starting, with one fan complaining that he doesn’t try.
Here are the best reactions from concerned Villans ahead of the 7.45pm kick-off:
Josh onomah just why the guy doesn’t even try ????

Onomah??? Ffs we have to watch him over O'Hare or even Lansbury! #avfc

Lacks creativity and overly defensive to me. Grabban should be in there instead of Birkir/Jedi and Lans instead of Onomah. And O'hare is a copy of Jack… What does he have to do to get involved? Not enough to beat Wolves 6-1 i guess. #avfc

Lansbury is class and sitting there on the sidelines weekly. Shit lineup, what the fuck is Onomah doing he is lazy and so slow on the ball. Love you Bruce x
