Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to discuss the potential midfield combination of Conor Hourihane, Henri Lansbury and Mile Jedinak.
Steve Bruce has decided to mix up his squad in January and made five signings with midfield trio Hourihane, Lansbury and Birkir Bjarnason joining the club, as well as defender James Bree and goalkeeper Sam Johnstone.
He has particularly looked to strengthen his central midfield options and has signed two players that have performed in the Championship this season.
Hourihane completed his moved to Villa Park on Thursday and has looked in strong form for Barnsley this campaign, scoring six goals and supplying 13 assists in 28 appearances.
Meanwhile, Lansbury has been impressive for Nottingham Forest this term before he completed his January move, scoring six goals and supplying three assists in 19 appearances.
Villa fans are excited about the prospect of the two new recruits playing alongside defensive midfield Jedinak.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:
Hourihane has to be playing box to box. Jedinak sit I front of the back four. & Lansbury for the creativity. #avfc

Villa are currently 13th-placed in the Championship table and nine points adrift of the play-off places.
The Midlands giants were expected to compete for promotion this season following their relegation from the Premier League, but have been languishing in mid-table for the most part.
They have struggled in front of goal this campaign and have managed just 28 in 27 league games.
However, they have purchased two goalscoring midfielder in January and they could form a strong partnership with Jedinak offering the defensive cover.
In other Aston Villa news, a Sky Sports pundit has delivered his verdict on the club signing Hourihane.
