Celtic fans are elated with Tom Rogic’s performance on Twitter during the Hoops comfortable 4-1 victory over St. Johnstone on Saturday afternoon.
Rogic started only his second match since returning from an ankle operation earlier this year as Brendan Rodgers’ side ran riot on Parkhead.
Goals from Dedryck Boyata and Callum McGregor as well as a brace from Man City loanee Patrick Roberts ensured a 31st league win of the season for the Hoops.
Rogic was in fine form as he started in his favoured attacking midfield role, before being substituted in the 70th minute and replaced by goalscorer McGregor.
Celtic’s victory has seen their unbeaten run continue in the Scottish Premiership, as Rodgers closes in on the highest points tally in Scotland’s top flight which was posted by Celtic in 2001-02 with 103 points.
Bhoys fans reacted on Twitter to Rogic’s display, with many delighted that the playmaker is back out on the pitch and showing just what he can do.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:
Rogic looked terrific at times. Needed a few games after long injury and could be perfect timing leading up to the cup final.

Took my wife to her first Celtic game. She finally understands why I love Tom Rogic so much.

Celtic next face a tricky fixture in travelling to second placed Aberdeen on Friday night, but will be hoping to make it five out of five against Derek McInnes’s side after securing four wins against the Dons already this season.
In other Celtic news, this attacker has reached an agreement with the Hoops.
