Ben Davies: This Tottenham ace will have problems if he carries on doing this
By Amir Mir
Ben Davies has revealed that Tottenham ace Harry Kane will have problems “celebrating” all his goals if he continues to find the back of the net.
The 23-year-old has been on a hot streak of late, scoring three hat-trick’s in his last nine matches with Everton set to visit White Hart Lane on Sunday afternoon.
The Toffees will have striker Romelu Lukaku amongst their ranks with the Belgian set to battle it out with Kane in the scoring charts.
At this moment in time, the duo have scored 17 Premier League goals, with Kane scoring a hat-trick during his side’s 4-0 win against Stoke last Sunday.
Left-back Davies hailed his teammate and his ability to always find the back of the net as he explained the key ingredient he holds.

“His mindset is purely about scoring goals – which you don’t see too much of in the game now,” Davies told the Daily Star. “You have to be selfish to score goals and be a top striker. You have to want to score every time you are on the pitch.
“With Harry, he wants to play in every minute of every game to give himself the chance to score the goals. For us as a team it is great to have someone like him – he gives us a chance in every game.
“He scores enough goals that he would have trouble celebrating them all. His motivation is to score goals.
“That selfishness to score goals and help the team is invaluable. That desire to put the ball in the net is great. I can see him winning the Golden Boot – he’s got the determination.”
This season, Kane has scored 22 goals in 27 games in all competitions, 17 goals in the league, two in the Champions League and a hat-trick in the FA Cup.
Since his return from injury in October, he has scored 15 goals in 16 league games and is well on course to score 20 for the season.
Kane won the golden boot last term after he scored 25 goals which helped his side claim a Champions League spot.
The England international will be looking to have the same success with his club once again as they sit in second place in the table.
