Poch must axe big-game player in Turin switch-up: Tottenham best possible XI v Juventus

Tottenham fans are looking forward to the biggest game of their season so far on Wednesday.

When they were drawn against Juventus a lot of people thought it would be the end of their Champions League adventure.

The Italian giants are in great form and don’t concede many away from home, but Mauricio Pochettino and his Spurs side ripped up the form book.

They went two goals down in short order in Turin but then managed to rouse themselves, and in the end they were unlucky only to come away with a 2-2 draw.

It’s advantage Spurs now but Pochettino is expected to play the same attacking style that brought some of Britain’s pride back to the elite European competition after so many managers have decided to park the bus away from home.

He’ll do the same against Juventus on Wednesday but if he really wants to progress in style, Pochettino needs to name a different starting line-up to the one a fortnight ago.

Bearing all this in mind, Football Insider names the best possible for the game at Wembley on Wednesday, which will lead to a quarter-final spot in the biggest club competition of them all.
