Celtic fans react on Twitter after Rangers cut gap down to six points
Celtic supporters on Twitter are well-aware that their side need to defeat Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Sunday to put the breaks on any talk of a title challenge from Rangers.
Graeme Murty’s side cut the gap at the top of the league to six points after they defeated Hearts 2-0 at Ibrox, and for the first time in a few years the pressure is on the Hoops going into a league game.
To add to the drama, a win for Aberdeen in the match would put them only six points behind the Hoops at the top of the league.
Here are some of the best reactions from Twitter as supporters get set for a huge game at Pittodrie:
Wish a was gon up to pittodrie tomorrow, huge game for us, into them from the start Celtic.

Celtic playing dodgy for a few months now will surely feel under greater pressure now the ibrox bums are breathing down our necks. Guaranteed the dons will play out their skin tomorrow. Lose & watch confidence drop further. We can get beat at ibrox no doubt about it.

I don't like this one bit old yins. Sevco are sniffing too close. Brendan, gloves aff.

The know it alls told me Sevco wouldn’t win at Ibrox. They also told me we’d win league by 20+ points. Well if we don’t win tomorrow we’ll be going into Wednesday’s game only 3 or 4 points ahead and with either DDV in goals or our 5th choice keeper whoever he is. Let that sink in

The Hoops go into the game not only under pressure in the league but having to bounce back from an insipid 3-0 defeat to Zenit which saw the Bhoys crash out of the Europa League.
The Hoops have an excellent record against Aberdeen, and have won their last nine fixtures against the Pittodrie side in all competitions.
The Bhoys defeated Aberdeen 3-0 in both of the league matches between the teams this season, with the victory at Pittodrie in October probably the best performance of the season so far.
