Caixinha drops big Rangers transfer hint after win v Ross County
By Harvey Byrne
Manager Pedro Caixinha dropped a big Rangers transfer hint on Sunday after his side’s 3-1 victory against Ross County, claiming the club know what they want and that he wasn’t happy with his side’s inability to control the second half.
The Ibrox giants entered half time with a two goal lead after summer signing Alfredo Morelos scored two sweet efforts.
However, the second half was not as comfortable with Ross County’s Thomas Mikkelsen’s strike making the encounter a nervy one before Eduardo Herrera’s 89th minute goal.
This led to Caixinha hinting in his post match press conference that there would be further in comings before Thursday’s transfer deadline, stating “we know what we want.”
“We still have a couple of days until the end of the window, and we know what we want,” told Caixinha, as quoted by the BBC Sport live match blog (Sunday, 5.12pm).

“I wasn’t happy with the way we couldn’t control the second half.”
Rangers have had an extremely busy summer window in Caixinha’s first in charge with as many as 10 players making the move up to Ibrox, including Bruno Alves, Ryan Jack and Graham Dorrans.
They have so far enabled the Gers to place in fifth in the Premiership table after four matches and five points behind top of the league Aberdeen.
Rangers will still be hoping for improvement in their next match which will see them take on Dundee on September 9 following the closure of the current transfer window as well as the end of the international break.
