Campbell baffled by Tottenham players after behind-the-scenes report
Kevin Campbell is baffled by Tottenham players’ qualms with Fabio Paratici and Steve Hitchens behaviour in the dugout.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Arsenal and Everton striker insisted a team should “not change a winning formula”.
According to The Sun (5 September), players are unhappy about senior staff at the club jumping about on the sidelines during matches.

Spurs’ managing director, Paratici, and head of recruitment, Hitchen, have had seats on the bench for both home fixtures this season.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have enjoyed a fantastic start to the campaign and have won all three of their Premier League fixtures.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs for his thoughts on the Spurs players’ problem, Campbell said: “Just get on with playing.
“Do not worry about that! You are winning and at the top of the table. Why on earth are they worried about that. Your job is to win football matches so just concentrate on that. Do not worry about them.
“If they are reacted like that and you are winning, keep it going. Do not change a winning formula because winning cures all.

“You need a thick skin as a player. Nothing is ever going to be perfect.
“When things ain’t going right, people get animated. Some are quiet and do things in the background but some get animated. Just forget about it. Your job is to win football matches.”
