Celtic player will have caught the eye of Europe after scoring wonder strike
Celtic attacker Moussa Dembele was the subject of plenty of speculation last season, as his departure was rumoured from around the time he scored twice against Manchester City in the Champions League group stages.
The Frenchman ended up with 32 goals last season, but this season the hype over the player has died down a bit, as injuries and a loss of form lead to him losing his place in the side to Leigh Griffiths.
However, Griffiths’ injury has saw Dembele return as the main striker in the last month, and his form has improved rapidly, as he scored four goals in his last four games – including one against Rangers – and he has put himself in the public eye again, after scoring a wonder goal for France under-21s against Kazakhstan, which was placed on Twitter by Celtic fan site Celtic Lisboa.

No doubt clubs in Europe will have noted the goal, as they are likely to have noted his goal against PSG in the Champions League group stages this season.
Dembele’s future will depend on how will he does for the rest of the season – if he is able to score another 10 goals it seems likely that big money bids for the player will come in during the summer.

If he goes out of form again, he is likely to still be with the Hoops for the start of the Champions League qualifiers in July.
Brendan Rodgers would no doubt like Dembele to remain with the Hoops for another season, but a big enough bid would be too hard for the Hoops to turn down.
