Senior player Bitton was substituted at half-time by Rodgers during the Old Firm clash last Sunday with McGregor his replacement.
Now, the Scotsman starts his 100th match for Hoops and the 23-year-old will be looking to mark the occasion with a win and possibly a goal.
Rodgers has the opportunity to further extend his side’s massive lead at the top of the Scottish Premier League table and edge closer to his first title in Scotland.
They are currently on 80 points from their 28 matches, 22 points ahead of second-placed Aberdeen and 30 points ahead of the Gers.
The Bhoys have played Dundee on two occasions this term, firstly securing a narrow 1-0 win in October and then a 2-1 win in December.
Paul Hartley’s side come into this game having recorded back-to-back defeats with their last win coming against Motherwell in late February.
By contrast, their opponents are yet to be beaten on the domestic circuit this term, dropping points on only two occasions.
