Former Celtic striker has dubbed Rangers’ defeat at Dundee as ’embarrassing’ after they suffered their second defeat in a row at Dens Park on Friday night.
Mark O’Hara’s second half brace dealt a devastating blow to the managerless Gers, who should have really taken the lead before the break while dominating the action.
Josh Windass scored a thumper to equalise for the Light Blues just minutes after O’Hara opened the scoring, but the introduction of Celtic loanee Scott Allan proved the difference as he supplied an assist for the Scotland Under-21 international to round off the scoring with 10 mintues to go.
Sutton instantly took to Twitter after the game on Friday night, praising Neil McCann’s side for picking up all three points.
“Rangers embarrassed by bottom club Dundee,” he said on his personal Twitter account. “Well done Dundee.”

Dundee moved off the bottom of the table with their win against Graeme Murty’s side as the Gers missed the chance to move up to second place, above Aberdeen and Hibernian.
There will no doubt be serious questions now aimed at the Ibrox board as a result of the second loss in the space of a week as there appears to have been no major developments in the search for a new manager.
Pedro Caixinha was sacked over four weeks ago and it appears that the search may last a while longer after Derek McInnes ruled out leaving Pittodrie to return to Ibrox.
In other Rangers news, fans have reacted to Allan’s performance against the Gers – his boyhood club.
