Scott Brown delivers Instagram verdict on Celtic win v Brechin

Celtic captain Scott Brown took to social media to give his view on the Bhoys’ victory over Brechin in the Scottish Cup.
The Hoops were playing their first match in three weeks after the winter break and Brown played for just over an hour in the 5-0 win.
After the game he used his official Instagram account to deliver his verdict on the game and the return to action.
“Great to get back playing yesterday and a great overall team performance.”

Celtic opened the scoring after only two minutes thanks to James Forrest’s 13th goal of the season, and after that the Bhoys cruised to victory with the other goals coming from Sinclair, Ntcham, Boyata and Edouard.
The win puts the Celts in Sunday’s draw for the last sixteen of the competition they won last season as they bid to win back-to-back domestic trebles for the first time in the club’s history.
There’s no let-up for Brown and the rest of his team-mates though, as the Bhoys return to league action on Tuesday in a Glasgow derby against Partick Thistle at Firhill.
The Celts will be looking to maintain their eight point lead over Aberdeen at the top of the table as the league restarts after almost a month.
