QPR boss Ian Holloway believes Brentford striker Scott Hogan would be a “fantastic signing” for West Ham.
Sky Sports claimed on Sunday that Hogan’s proposed move to the Premier League club is being held up by a dispute over add-ons.
It is said that Dean Smith’s side value the 24-year-old at £15million and want £9million up front plus a further £6million structured into the deal.
But West Have reportedly offered £9million plus £3m add-ons for Hogan, who has scored 14 goals in 25 league games for the Bees this season.
Championship manager Holloway gave his thoughts on Hogan and why he is a top quality forward.

“I think he’s exceptional when he gets through on goal,” Holloway told TalkSport. “He’s a threat over the top, he makes runs and runs and runs – not selfish ones for himself – he makes runs to disrupt the back four.
“He works for his team, and I think it’s fantastic signing.”
Hogan has not featured for his side during their last two matches, the first a 5-1 FA Cup win against Eastleigh then he was on the bench during the 2-1 defeat against Newcastle.
Salford-born Hogan, who has plied his trade in League One and the National League prior to this, has scored against the likes of Brighton, Preston and Reading this term.
He netted on his last game for the club when Smith’s side beat Gianfranco Zola’s Birmingham City 3-1 at St Andrew’s
If Hogan were to join the Hammers then he would join a side that is sitting in 12th place in the Premier League table on 25 points from 21 games.
At this moment in time, the highly-rated striker will be preparing for a Championship clash against Wigan on Saturday.
