Chelsea next manager: Cesc Fabregas odds tumble after impressing board
Chelsea are currently on the hunt for their next manager after Liam Rosenior was sacked.
A terrible run of form has seen the Blues fall out of the race for the Champions League and could potentially not qualify for Europe at all.
With the end of the season nearly closer, it is likely that an appointment will be made in the summer.
One of the biggest managers linked has been Cesc Fabregas at 7/2, with Oddschecker on 27 April confirming his odds have been slashed.
Now, Fabregas could make an anticipated return to Stamford Bridge as Chelsea look to become the best team in England once more.

Fabregas has only recently become a manager and is still in his first job after taking over at Italian side Como in 2024.
Taking over full-time upon their promotion to the Serie A, he oversaw their survival comfortably as they finished 10th in the table.

However, this season, they have really kicked on, and they currently sit fifth in the table, three points behind Juventus in fourth.
As a result, European qualification appears highly likely, and they could even achieve Champions League football if they are able to catch the Old Lady.
Boasting a 41.77 per cent win rate, Fabregas has been able to turn the side into one of the best teams in the Serie A.
Chelsea bosses are impressed with Fabregas
Football Insider has exclusively revealed that the Chelsea chiefs are impressed with Fabregas.
The club see the 38-year-old as one of the leading candidates to replace Rosenior in the summer.
His impressive work for Como, alongside his links to Stamford Bridge after playing there between 2014 and 2019, make him a desirable candidate.

However, there are plenty of other managers linked to the role, including AFC Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola, who is set to leave the club at the end of the season, and Fulham coach Marco Silva, whose future at the Cottagers looks uncertain.
Nevertheless, it remains to be seen who Chelsea opt to appoint to replace Rosenior, with the club in despite need of finding a manager who can add some stability and success to the team.
