Chelsea player ratings vs Everton: Robert Sanchez dreadful, Enzo Fernandez only bright spark
Chelsea and Liam Rosenior had very little to cheer about during a 3-0 defeat to Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Robert Sanchez nearly made a costly error in the opening few minutes before Beto grabbed a brace, and Iliman Ndiaye topped the game off with a third on Saturday, 21 March.
The Blues never looked like getting back into the game on Merseyside, with Joao Pedro completely marked out of the game and Cole Palmer not at his best away from Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea next face Port Vale in the FA Cup, and Rosenior will have to make some serious changes if his team are to build up some form for the remaining Premier League fixtures.

Despite a major blow to the Blues’ chances of securing Champions League football, Enzo Fernandez continued to push in the final third, proving to be one of the team’s best players.
The Argentine is never afraid of getting stuck in, and with more maturity, he is rarely at risk of picking up bookings anymore. Had it not been for Jordan Pickford, he may have gotten on the scoresheet.

Robert Sanchez stinks out the Hill Dickinson Stadium
The less said about Sanchez, the better. Rosenior continues to back the goalkeeper, but instead of showing the world why that is, he only makes more mistakes.
His goalkeeping was not amazing for Beto’s opener, but for the striker’s second goal of the evening, there was just nowhere else for the Spaniard to look. Absolutely dreadful.
Football Insider understands that Chelsea want to sign Robin Roefs, and it is absolutely clear why.
