Chelsea senior man: This is how good Tottenham ace really is
By Dominic Toner
Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has admitted that Tottenham’s Harry Kane is one of the best forwards in the Premier League.
The 23-year-old has been in sensational form for Spurs this season and is leading the division’s golden boot race.
The England international has scored 24 goals across all competitions, with 19 of them coming in the league.
Cahill, who is a senior member of the Chelsea dressing room, has played with the striker for the national side and lined up against him in the bitter rivalry between Spurs and the Blues.
Cahill believes that Kane should be regarded as one of the best in England as he is a top-quality striker.

“The forwards in this league you have to be very wary of and Harry Kane is definitely up there,” Cahill told Jim White on talkSPORT. “I have trained with him and his finishing is incredible.
“I think you forget how young he is, it is incredible really. I think he has proven over the last few seasons consistently playing and producing the goals, he is a great finisher.”
Kane has emerged as a huge favourite at White Hart Lane in recent seasons since making the breakthrough into the first-team, with a string of loan spells helping his development as a youngster.
He has now become a regular starter for the north London club and is the first-choice forward option under Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs signed Vincent Janssen in the summer and he was expected to provide competition in attack, but he has been unable to settle in English football.
Kane is being tipped to break a number of scoring records if he elects to see out his career at Spurs and may even be eyeing the Premier League’s all-time tally of 260 goals by Alan Shearer.
