Chelsea are still keen to sign a first-choice goalkeeper in the upcoming summer window, sources have told Football Insider.
The Blues want an experienced shot-stopper despite the recent form of Dorde Petrovic, who only arrived at Stamford Bridge last summer (2023).
Football Insider revealed in March that Chelsea want to sign a new goalkeeper, a wide forward and a striker in the off-season.
It is believed those areas are a priority for transfer chiefs despite concerns over Financial Fair Play.
Everton’s Jordan Pickford and Arsenal star Aaron Ramsdale have been earmarked as potential targets for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Sources say Ramsdale will depart the Emirates Stadium once they confirm the permanent signing of David Raya, who replaced the England international last summer (2023).

However, it is believed a deal for Pickford could be difficult with Everton set to price him out of a move after securing Premier League survival.
Petrovic has started each of Chelsea’s last 19 Premier League games and has kept five clean sheets in that time, conceding 34 top-flight goals.
The Serbia international replaced Robert Sanchez between the sticks in December after the Spaniard picked up a serious knee injury.
