Chris Sutton names Rangers duo TOTW after 10-goal thriller
BT Sport pundit Chris Sutton has named two Rangers players in his last Scottish Premiership team of the week of the season after the club’s 10-goal thriller with Hibernian on Sunday.
Sutton selected the duo of James Tavernier and Jamie Murphy for his team, which he announced on his personal Twitter account.

The pair were certainly involved in the Gers last game of the season, the incredible 5-5 draw with Hibs.
Tavernier started the Gers comeback from 3-0 down at Easter Road by firing home to reduce the arrears to 3-1, whilst Murphy was a constant threat as he was afforded plenty of space to create chances for the Light Blues, in what was one of the strangest games of this or any other season.
Football Insider verdict
There is no dispute with Tavernier’s selection, as the Gers wing-back was a constant threat going forward, although he could have perhaps done slightly better in defence. There is a slight dispute with Murphy’s selection though, as although he was effective at times during the game he didn’t dominate like he could have, given the space both midfields had during the game. The thought lingers that perhaps Sutton was going to pick Jason Holt, as he scored and was involved in another one of the goals, but he decided against it due to the red card the player received in the second-half. There was never going to be any defenders from the game selected, as both sides obviously decided to throw caution to the wind, whilst Jason Cummings and Josh Windass further forward for the Gers struggled to impose themselves on the game despite Windass’ goal.
