Daniel Gabbidon: I am worried this Arsenal star will be sent off v Bayern Munich
By Will Butcher
Daniel Gabbidon is concerned that Arsenal’s Granit Xhaka will be sent off against Bayern Munich on Wednesday night.
The Gunners face German champions Bayern in the Champions League Round of 16, with the first leg taking place at Bayern’s Allianz Arena.
Posting on his personal Twitter account, former Premier League defender Gabbidon is fretting over Xhaka’s selection in the side after a poor disciplinary record this term.
Ozil was always playing but I'd be more concerned with Xhaka completing the full 90 mins #madman https://t.co/TQ3t6HTNOo

Xhaka returns to the Arsenal midfield in place of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has moved to the right flank in place of Theo Walcott after playing in midfield in his last two starts.
The £35million summer signing’s inclusion in the side, along with David Ospina in goal, are the only two changes made by manager Arsene Wenger, after the team was posted on their official Twitter account.

Making 27 appearances in all competitions for the Gunners this season, Arsenal’s number 29 has been sent off twice against Swansea and Burnley as well as receiving his marching orders on national duty against Portugal.
However, winning 16 out of his 27 matches for the north London giants, Xhaka has been brought back into the side to partner Francis Coquelin in midfield.
The Gunners go into the game on the back of a 2-0 win against Hull City on Saturday thanks to a brace from Alexis Sanchez, but come up against an in-form side in Carlo Ancelotti’s Bayern.
Bayern have failed to win just once in their last 11 league and cup encounters, drawing 1-1 against Schalke earlier this month.
In other Arsenal news, fans have reacted on Twitter to Wenger’s decision to leave out attacker Theo Walcott.
