David Gold makes bold Twitter claim ahead of West Ham v Bournemouth
By Harvey Byrne
West Ham co-owner David Gold has claimed on Twitter that the east London club will be taking their strongest squad of the season to Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon.
The Hammers are currently preparing to make a trip from east London to the south coast to face the Cherries at the Vitality Stadium.
Slaven Bilic’s men have had an indifferent season, but they currently sit in 11th and will be keen to return to winning ways after a 2-1 defeat against Chelsea on Monday evening.
Now, Gold has boldly stated on his personal Twitter account on Friday evening that the squad heading to face Bournemouth is their strongest this season.
We will be taking our strongest squad of players of this season to Bournemouth tomorrow. Good luck Slaven. dg

This claim will leave West Ham fans excited with their team often being plagued by injuries at times this season.

However, if Gold believes the squad is looking stronger than it did with January departure Dimitri Payet in it then it will surely be one ready to take all three points from Eddie Howe’s team.
West Ham last met Bournemouth in August at the London Stadium where they claimed the victory with a goal from Michail Antonio in the 1-0 win.
In other West Ham news, this Hammers trio were demoted to the reserves in midweek.
