Davies has become the latest in a long line of senior Tottenham players who have committed their long-term futures to the north Londoners.
Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Hugo Lloris, Jan Vertonghen, Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Eric Dier, Christian Eriksen and Kevin Wimmer are among those who have signed new deals this season.
Davies has agreed fresh terms even though he is the second choice left-back at the club.

First choice Rose is the undisputed number one but has been sidelined for the last month with a knee injury, which has paved the way for his understudy to take over.
Davies has performed solidly for Mauricio Pochettino’s side, who are second in the Premier League and in the last eight of the FA Cup.
Spurs are next in action on Sunday, when they host Millwall in a cup quarter-final at White Hart Lane.
