Declan Rice reacts excitedly to Noni Madueke transfer update at Arsenal
Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice was caught reacting to a major update regarding Noni Madueke amid growing speculation over a potential switch from Chelsea.
Chelsea have been active in the market this summer, particularly in attack, sealing deals for Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, Liam Delap, and Joao Pedro.
While reinforcements arrive, outgoings are also on the cards, and one of the names attracting serious interest is Madueke.
Football Insider revealed Arsenal are preparing to ramp up their pursuit of Madueke, with a formal offer being readied behind the scenes.
Madueke featured regularly under Enzo Maresca for much of the last campaign, but his role has diminished during the Club World Cup, starting just twice during the tournament. That shift has cast doubt over his long-term place at Stamford Bridge.
Now, with Arsenal circling and Chelsea’s attack being reshaped, it appears Madueke’s future could lie elsewhere, and Rice’s reaction to a new update hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Arsenal agree deal to sign Noni Madueke
Fabrizio Romano revealed on Instagram that Arsenal and Chelsea have agreed a fee “in excess of £50m” for the transfer of Madueke.
He also reported that the England international has already agreed a five-year deal with the Gunners, with Mikel Arteta pushing to bring the winger to north London.
The post drew plenty of attention online, but one reaction stood out as Arsenal star Rice gave it a like, seemingly excited by the prospect of linking up with Madueke at club level.
The 23-year-old enjoyed a strong campaign last season, hitting double figures with 11 goals and five assists in 44 appearances. He played a key role in Chelsea’s UEFA Conference League triumph, underlining his attacking potential.
Despite that, Chelsea boss Maresca is understood to have been open to his departure. As reported by Football Insider, Maresca had about Madueke’s attitude and whether he fits into Maresca’s long-term plans.
Arsenal to consider offers for Gabriel Martinelli

With a £50m winger now on his way in and one who can operate effectively on either flank, questions are beginning to surface about Gabriel Martinelli’s future at the Emirates.
Former Manchester United chief scout Mick Brown has revealed that Arsenal are prepared to listen to big-money offers for Martinelli this summer.
The Gunners are keen to strengthen their forward line further and Arsenal remain linked with the likes of Eberechi Eze and Rodrygo. It’s believed that offloading Martinelli for a significant fee could help fund another high-profile attacking addition.
