England striker Harry Kane shared a message to supporters following the side’s victory in the World Cup qualifiers.
Thomas Tuchel’s side continued their perfect record in the World Cup qualifiers as England beat Andorra in a 2-0 win at Villa Park over the weekend.
Madueke was lively down the right and played a big role in the opener, with his cross deflecting off Christian Gonzalez for an own goal. Declan Rice then sealed the result with a header in the second-half to secure all three points.
As for Kane, he had an underwhelming performance and struggled to impose himself in the way fans have become accustomed to.
Despite his lack of impact during the game, the captain was still in high spirits following the victory on social media.

Kane shared a message on Instagram after the victory and was in high spirits, with a caption saying: “Good to be back out there in an England shirt. Job done at Villa Park, positive step forward in our World Cup qualifying campaign.”
Teammates from the national team shared a reaction as the goal scorer Rice commented with a heart emoji and Chelsea’s Reece James and new teammate Nicolas Jackson both liking the message.
The striker went into the game fresh from individual recognition, as Kane was recently awarded England’s Top Goalscorer prize after another standout campaign.
The 32-year-old netted seven times for his national team last term, as he netted against Latvia, Albania and Ireland, as well as in a friendly loss to Senegal.

Tottenham line up Harry Kane return
While the striker is now back in England, reports continue to suggest he could move back here permanently.
Football Insider revealed that Tottenham are lining up a move to bring Kane to the club once again, with a release clause in his contract being active in 2026.
Spurs will have first refusal to re-sign the England captain should he leave Bayern, and it is understood Kane wants to return to the Premier League.
He is just 48 goals away from breaking Alan Shearer’s all-time Premier League goalscoring record of 260, which continues to be something that could prove a decisive factor in his eventual return to English football.
