Dele Alli has praised the Tottenham supporters for their role in helping the team achieve 11 home Premier League wins in a row.
Spurs thrashed Watford 4-0 on Saturday to grab their sixth consecutive league win to keep up the pressure on leaders Chelsea.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men moved to within four points of Chelsea with the win before the league leaders beat Bournemouth later in the day to restore the seven-point gap.
Alli, 20, bagged his 19th goal of the season in the victory against Watford and made sure that the fans knew of their role in the win.
“When you’ve played like that it gives the team a huge boost. It was a fantastic performance from everyone, and I don’t just mean the players on the pitch,” said Alli, as quoted by the Daily Mail.

“The staff and the crowd were fantastic, they drove us on and gave us the confidence and belief that we could go on after the first goal and get more goals.
“Teams are going to be scared to come here, we’ve been unreal here.”
In what is the last season Tottenham will ever play at White Hart Lane, their home record has been phenomenal.
Out of 16 league games, Pochettino has guided his team to 14 wins and two draws and they are the only team in the top division to have not lost a game on their own turf.
Alli has earned all the plaudits for his performances this season.
The ex-MK Dons midfielder has contributed to 29 goals in 42 games across all competitions.
The 17-time England international has now scored six goals in his last seven appearances in both the league and FA Cup.
Eric Dier and Son Heung-Min, with a brace, grabbed the other goals in Saturday’s win against the Hornets.
