Done in 24 hours: Senior player on verge of Tottenham exit - TalkSport presenter
By Danny Wright
Tottenham flop Moussa Sissoko is closing in on a move to Serie A champions Juventus, according to a reliable journalist.
TalkSport presenter Geoff Peters claimed on his personal Twitter account on Wednesday night that he had been told from a trusty source that Sissoko, 28, should complete his move to Juve within the next 24 hours.

Sissoko only signed a five-year deal with Tottenham last summer when he completed his £30million switch from the then Championship side Newcastle, however his performances in north London have nowhere near replicated his price-tag and he has widely been regarded as a waste of money.
In what is a very young Spurs squad, Sissoko is seen as one of the senior players, with plenty of Premier League and international experience under his belt.
The attacking midfielder, capped 52 times by France, has made a total of 36 appearances for Tottenham, supplying four assists in the process but failing to score a single goal.

Football Insider Verdict
Even though Sissoko hasn’t been a very good player for Tottenham, Mauricio Pochettino should not look to sell him just yet. The Spurs squad is way to thin for the manager to consider the sale of someone who is actually quite important at the moment. Without Sissoko, Spurs wouldn’t have anyone to come off the bench for the likes of Heung-min Son and Christian Eriksen if they were to pick up knocks or if a tactical shuffle was needed. Tottenham will be forced into panic buying a replacement if they sell Sissoko before bringing someone else in. Fans will no doubt be hoping that a surprise announcement is coming their way if that’s the case.
