Kristoffer Ajer has agreed terms with Celtic on a new four-year deal.
The 6ft 4 giant, who has just broken into the Norway team, has made 19 Premiership appearances for Celtic this season, and become a mainstay at the back for Brendan Rodgers.
His current deal was set expire in 2020 but this new contract will keep him at Parkhead until 2022.

Football Insider verdict:
All the transfer news might be coming from Rangers at the moment but this is a great boost for Celtic fans. Ajer joined from Norwegian side Start in 2016 for £500k and went out on loan to Kilmarnock in January 2017. He arrived back last summer and after a stuttering start to the season, has become a constant feature at the back in the second half of the campaign. He was signed as a midfielder but was reinvented by Rodgers as a centre-back where his height – the giant is 6ft 4 – makes a huge difference, and he has a commanding presence in the box. He’s a fairly unique player in that he’s also great on the ball, despite his height, and it’s this all-round talent that has won over the Celtic fans. Incredibly, he’s still only 20-years-old and could go on to make a real mark as a Celtic player in the 18/19 season.
In other Celtic news, the Hoops have this 46-year-old lined up to succeed Brendan Rodgers if he quits the club.
