Each of Haksabanovic, Quina and Holland have made the switch to east London over the past year, while Rice left Chelsea for West Ham back in 2014.
Both Rice, 18, and Quina, 17, have already made their senior debuts for the Hammers, but Tuesday evening could see Holland, 19, and Haksabanovic, 18, make their first appearance for the club having only joined in recent months.
West Ham fans themselves are of course also eager to see the side promote youngsters into their first team and they will be delighted by the news that four are to be included on Tuesday.
The Hammers academy has been highly productive in the past, bringing through the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard and Jermain Defoe in the past and supporters will be hoping the next batch can follow those names.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers jetted out on a scouting mission to watch 26-year-old enforcer in a Euro giants clash.
